Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlowGrid, including the FlowGrid website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using FlowGrid, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Who We Are
FlowGrid is operated by Osei Interactive, registered in Switzerland.
FlowGrid provides a configurable, multi-tenant customer relationship management platform.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
When you create an account, you represent that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You have the authority to create an account on behalf of any organization you represent
- You will keep your credentials secure
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Account Roles and Responsibilities
3.1 Account Owners
The individual or entity that creates a FlowGrid tenant is the Account Owner.
Account Owners:
- Control tenant configuration and permissions
- Are responsible for all data entered into their tenant
- May invite, manage, or remove users
- May delete their account at any time
3.2 Invited Users
Invited users access FlowGrid under the authority of an Account Owner.
Their access is limited by the permissions granted to them, and they have no ownership rights over tenant data.
4. Customer Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data").
FlowGrid processes Customer Data solely to provide and operate the Service, in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws, including data protection and privacy laws.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access data belonging to other tenants
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Circumvent security or access controls
- Reverse engineer or exploit the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.
6. AI and Third-Party Integrations
FlowGrid may offer optional integrations with third-party services, including AI providers.
These features:
- Are optional and disabled by default
- Are explicitly configured by the Account Owner
- Allow the Account Owner to control the scope of data shared
FlowGrid is not responsible for third-party services or how they process data once shared.
7. Free Trials, Pricing, Billing, and Payment
7.1 Free Trials
FlowGrid may offer a free trial that provides full access to the Service for a limited period, currently fourteen (14) days, unless otherwise stated.
At the end of the free trial period, continued use of the Service requires payment of applicable fees. If payment is not provided when the trial ends, access to the account will be suspended.
7.2 Pricing and Fees
Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. Pricing, billing intervals, and applicable taxes will be disclosed to you prior to purchase and may be updated from time to time.
We may modify pricing for the Service or introduce new fees with reasonable advance notice. Pricing changes will not apply retroactively and will take effect at the start of the next billing period unless otherwise stated.
7.3 Billing and Payment
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge applicable fees using your selected payment method.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
If payment cannot be processed when due, we may suspend or restrict access to the Service, including loss of access to the account, until payment is received.
7.4 Late Payments and Collection
If fees remain unpaid, we reserve the right to suspend access to the account. During suspension, Customer Data may be retained for a limited period to allow payment and account recovery. If payment is not received within that period, Customer Data may be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to pursue collection of amounts owed, including engaging third-party collection services where permitted by law. You remain responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
8. Data Export and Access
You may export your Customer Data at any time using the tools provided within the Service, such as reporting or export features.
Certain data types or formats may not be supported for self-service export. In such cases, you may request assistance from support at [email protected], and we will make reasonable efforts to provide your data in a usable format.
9. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Where reasonable, we will provide advance notice of material changes.
10. Termination
Account Owners may delete their workspace at any time. Upon deletion, the workspace is immediately tombstoned (made inaccessible) and enters a seven (7) day grace period before permanent deletion. During this grace period, you may contact support at [email protected] to request data recovery. After the grace period expires, all data is permanently and irrecoverably deleted.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated
- Payment obligations are not met
- Required by law
- Necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Service
In cases of suspension due to non-payment, account data may be retained for a limited period to allow account recovery. If the account is not restored within that period, data may be permanently deleted. Data handling following termination or deletion is governed by the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osei Interactive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to FlowGrid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
