For independent advisors and RIAs
A CRM that treats client data the way you have to.
What advisors tell us
Your client list is the most sensitive spreadsheet you own.
- You hold deeply personal financial detail — net worth, dependents, life events — and "it lives in a spreadsheet" is not an answer a client should ever have to accept.
- Advisory relationships run for decades. The CRM you pick has to keep an honest record of every contact, review, and decision for as long as the relationship lasts.
- Generic CRMs are built around a sales pipeline. A practice tracks households, review cadences, and referral sources — and bending those into "deals" and "stages" never quite fits.
Where FlowGrid fits
A general CRM, built privacy-first — which is what an advisory practice needs.

Client data, encrypted and isolated
Field-level encryption with tenant-scoped keys.
Every field is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and your workspace has its own encryption keys — your client data is cryptographically separated from every other workspace on FlowGrid. When a client or a regulator asks where their data lives and who can read it, you have a real answer, not a shrug.

An honest record of every access
The audit log shows who touched a record, and when.
FlowGrid logs every access and every change to a record. For a practice with recordkeeping obligations, that is the difference between trusting your memory and being able to show exactly what happened. You can export the trail, and an admin can act on a client's right-to-be-forgotten request in-product — the deletion itself is logged.

Shaped to your practice, not a sales template
Describe how your practice runs — Nexus shapes the canvas around it.
Tell Nexus "I track households, not individual contacts; each one has a review cadence and a referral source." It shapes the canvas around that — custom objects, the fields you actually use, the relationships that matter to you. You describe the practice you run instead of forcing it into someone else's idea of a CRM.
What FlowGrid is not
FlowGrid is the relationship layer — not your planning stack.
We want to be plain about this. FlowGrid is a general-purpose CRM, not financial-services software. It is not financial-planning or portfolio-management software, it has no SEC or FINRA compliance tooling, and it does not integrate with custodians or planning platforms. Advisors who need those run FlowGrid alongside them — for the client relationship, the contact history, and the audit trail — not instead of them.
